Another way to build on the be-do-have mindset is to rephrase the way you write in your journal. Write down your goals as if you have already achieved them. So if you want to write a book, you can instead write “I am a published author.” This mindset shift of already having can be a confidence builder whilst also reminding you why you’re going through the pain and mess to get there. As you said, it’s not going to be easy but the mindset shift plays a bit part.
