Interesting I would have assumed the reverse. Assuming sensibilities of people to know this does not stem from a beer, hearing the word corona in the news constantly keeps it top of mind. So then when you go shop for a beer you think “ah, I’ll buy a case for Corona.” Someone told me people making a mockery of this whole situation actually had a Corona party serving the namesake beer. I would like to believe their decline had less to do with the virus because that is just unfortunate. I suppose it now being officially referred to as Covid-19 means executives at AB can finally feel some relief.
